Delivery and Returns.

Every Knickerocker item is made to order specifically for you, I do not keep anything in stock. I will accept returns on items that can be returned because this is the law and I am happy to oblige but if you are unsure of your size and need help or have any questions at all, please contact me before ordering, I'm more than happy to advise.

Processing Time
Your item is made to order by myself in my studio and this can take a couple of days to a couple of weeks depending on how many orders are already in the queue. The current time its taking me to sew orders will be posted on the home page, in the top banner. Items are made on a first come first served based, however there can be exceptions. Contact me if there are specific dates items must be received by, I can usually accommodate.

Order Cancellations or Additions
If you wish to cancel your order you must contact me within 24hrs of placing your order. I will need the following info: full name, address and order number. If you wish to add something to your initial order, just go ahead and place a second order and let me know in the "notes" box on check out that you have another order pending. I will ship both orders together and refund any shipping overages.

Shipping in the UK

I ship with Royal Mail. All items are sent first class with proof of postage. If you would like your item tracked, please choose this option at check out. Shipping in the UK usually takes 1-2 days.

Costs are calculated on weight for the lowest price. Free shipping for orders over £75

Worldwide Shipping
I will ship to most countries but if you are aware of any mail issues for your country, please contact me before ordering and we can discuss different shipping carriers. Shipping time can vary from 5 to 25 working days but usually items are received in Europe within 4-7 working days and for the US /AUS /CAN 5-10 working days. Please contact me before placing an order if you are in China.

Import Taxes
You are probably aware of your countries policy for import taxes, but just in case, you should know that every country has different rules for duties and import taxes and as the importer, you are responsible for paying any taxes that may be levied by your country.

Please contact me before returning an item. All requests for return/exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please provide the following information: full name, address and order number. I will answer your request within one working day.

If your order is returned to me, because you gave an incorrect address or was not collected from the post office, you will have to pay the shipping fee a second time in order to have it re-delivered. Parcels that are refused and returned to sender, will incur a nonrefundable 20% restocking fee.

Returnable items
Clothing (including bras, tops, corsets, dresses) are returnable in exchange for a refund. Returns will only be accepted on garments that are in new and unworn condition with all labels and hang tags intact. I will not accept return requests after 7 days of delivery.

Please try on panties over your own underwear first, I will not accept returns for even slightly worn panties because of hygiene reasons.

If you request a custom-sized, coloured or shaped item, it will not be eligible for  returns If there are any problems with your custom order or it is too big or too small, please let me know and I will work something out for you.

Non-returnable items
-Custom altered items
-Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not returnable (including makeup or deodorant stains)
-Items that have removed or replaced tags cannot be returned

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Good to know
Carefully check your shopping cart for errors and consult the size chart to ensure you have selected the correct items and sizes before purchasing. Check that there are no errors in your address as there are no options to re-route with the Royal Mail.
